Not "I enjoy to cook." — say "I enjoy cooking.". После enjoy ставь глагол с -ing.

После decide, hope, plan и learn ставь to + глагол.

После finish, don't mind идёт -ing
После finish и don't mind ставь глагол с -ing.
We finished eating at nine.
I don't mind walking in the rain.
Попробуй: Man: Is your new school far? Woman: It's an hour by train, but I don't mind ___. Выбери, что говорит женщина. (to travel / cooking / going) Ответ: going — Долгая дорога её не смущает, а don't mind требует -ing, значит, говорим she doesn't mind going.
После good at, interested in идёт -ing
После good at и interested in ставь глагол с -ing.
He's good at cooking.
I'm interested in buying a bike.
Попробуй: Man: Why do you read so much about birds? Woman: I'm interested in ___ them. Выбери, что говорит женщина. (watching / to see / washing) Ответ: watching — Она любит птиц, а interested in требует -ing, значит, говорим she is interested in watching them.

Чтобы предложить помощь, говори Do you want me to + глагол.
Do you want me to help?
She wants me to call her.
Not "Do you want that I help?" — say "Do you want me to help?". Говори want me to, а не want that I.

to + глагол: говорим зачем
Чтобы сказать, зачем ты что-то делаешь, используй to + глагол.
