Not "I enjoy to cook." — say "I enjoy cooking.". Depois de enjoy, use um verbo com -ing.

Com -ing: finish, don't mind + -ing
Depois de finish e don't mind, use um verbo com -ing.
We finished eating at nine.
I don't mind walking in the rain.
Experimente: Man: Is your new school far? Woman: It's an hour by train, but I don't mind ___. Escolha o que a mulher diz. (to travel / cooking / going) Resposta: going — A viagem longa não é problema para ela, e don't mind pede -ing, então: she doesn't mind going.
Com -ing: good at, interested in + -ing
Depois de good at e interested in, use um verbo com -ing.
He's good at cooking.
I'm interested in buying a bike.
Experimente: Man: Why do you read so much about birds? Woman: I'm interested in ___ them. Escolha o que a mulher diz. (watching / to see / washing) Resposta: watching — Ela gosta de pássaros, e interested in pede -ing, então ela tem interesse em observar os pássaros: she is interested in watching them.

Para oferecer ajuda, diga Do you want me to + verbo.
Do you want me to help?
She wants me to call her.
Not "Do you want that I help?" — say "Do you want me to help?". Diga want me to, e não want that I.

to + verbo: dizendo o porquê
Use to + verbo para dizer por que você faz algo.
