你可以提前打电话订位，也就是 reservation，这样到了餐厅就有桌子等你。坐下后，你会看 menu 选菜，然后把你的 order 告诉服务员。

餐后的甜食叫 dessert。吃完饭，你要付 bill，也就是写着你该付多少钱的那张单子。

Courses and extras

主菜前的小份菜，叫 appetizer。Steak 是一块厚厚的牛肉。有什么不能吃的，就问问这道菜是不是 contains 它。服务好的时候，留一点 tip——给服务员的额外小费。

• tip — leave a good tip
