An app is something you use on your phone. You download an app to get it. For some apps, you sign up first with your name and email.

Keeping in touch

A text is a few words you write to a phone. You can text a friend. On a video call, you can see the other person.

Wi-Fi and power

With Wi-Fi, your phone can go online. Sometimes you need a password for it. You use a charger when your phone battery is low.
