想说的是那个东西、不需要说是谁做的时候，用被动语态。

by + 做事的人
要说是谁做的，就加 by + 那个人。只在需要说出是谁的时候才加。
The mail is delivered by a woman on a bike.

做动作的人放在前面时，动词是主动的：My dad cleans the store. 东西放在前面、动作是对它做的时候，用被动语态：The store is cleaned every night.
