Seasons (A1 Vocabulary)

Spring is when flowers grow and it gets warmer. Summer is the hot season with long days.

Fall is when leaves drop from the trees and it gets cooler. Winter is the cold season, sometimes with snow.

The first six months

A year has twelve months. The first six are January, February, March, April, May, and June. A month name always starts with a capital letter.

The last six months

The last six months are July, August, September, October, November, and December. December is the twelfth and last month of the year.
