با صفتِ کوتاه، -er اضافه کن و از than استفاده کن: old → older than، cheap → cheaper than.

Not "Apples are more cheap than bananas." — say "Apples are cheaper than bananas.". صفتِ کوتاه -er می‌گیره، نه more.

بعضی کلمه‌ها یه کم عوض می‌شن. big → bigger، hot → hotter: حرفِ آخر دو بار میاد. happy → happier: y می‌شه ier.

با صفتِ بلند، more رو قبلش بذار و از than استفاده کن: more modern than، more popular than.

Not "The new mall is moderner than the old one." — say "The new mall is more modern than the old one.". صفتِ بلند more می‌گیره، نه -er.

better، worse، farther: شکل‌های تازه
سه تا کلمه شکلِ تازه دارن: good → better، bad → worse، far → farther یا further. هر دوش درسته.

برای مقایسه‌ی اینکه آدم‌ها کارها رو چطوری انجام می‌دن: fast → faster than، carefully → more carefully than.

much bigger، a lot cheaper: فرقِ زیاد
برای اینکه بگی فرق زیاده، much یا a lot رو قبلش بذار: much bigger، a lot cheaper.

The city is much noisier than my town.
Not "This bag is very bigger than that one." — say "This bag is much bigger than that one.". از much یا a lot قبل از صفتِ -er دار استفاده کن، نه very.
