Tres que usarás mucho: eat → ate · drink → drank · take → took.

Not "Hiroshi eated breakfast." — say "Hiroshi ate breakfast.". No existe "eated": el pasado de eat es ate.

La misma forma para todos
La forma de pasado es igual para todos, y nunca añade -s: I went, she went, they went.

Not "She wents home." — say "She went home.". La forma de pasado se queda igual para todos, nunca le añadas -s.

Negativos: didn't + verbo tal cual
Para negar con not, usa didn't + el verbo tal cual. El verbo vuelve a su forma normal: sin forma de pasado después de didn't.
I didn't go to school.
She didn't see the film.
They didn't have lunch.
Not "I didn't went to school." — say "I didn't go to school.". Didn't ya muestra el pasado, así que el verbo vuelve a go, no "went."

Para preguntar, empieza con Did, luego el verbo tal cual. Sin forma de pasado después de Did.

Not "Did you went to school?" — say "Did you go to school?". Did ya muestra el pasado, así que el verbo se queda tal cual: go, no "went."
