Para una orden, normalmente usas el verbo tal cual solo. No empieces con you.

Not "You wash the carrots." — say "Wash the carrots.". Una orden ya significa you; deja el sujeto fuera.
Pruébalo: ___ the carrots. (Wash / You wash / Washes) Respuesta: Wash — Una orden empieza con el verbo tal cual. Pusiste una persona delante: quítala. Wash the carrots, no "You wash".
Negativo: Don't + verbo
Para decirle a alguien que no haga algo, usa Don't + el verbo tal cual.
Don't eat it yet!
Don't cut the bread.
Don't worry.
Not "Not eat it!" — say "Don't eat it!". Para hacer una orden negativa, usa Don't antes del verbo, no solo 'not'.
Pruébalo: ___ the eggs yet. (Don't mix / Not mix / Don't to mix) Respuesta: Don't mix — Una orden negativa es Don't + el verbo tal cual. No 'Not mix', y sin 'to' después de Don't: Don't mix the eggs yet.
Añade please para ser amable
Ahora suaviza la orden: añade please al principio o al final.
Please wash your hands.
Cut the bread, please.
Please don't be late.
Pruébalo: Make it polite: ___ wash your hands. (Please / You please / Please you) Respuesta: Please — Una orden nunca empieza con una persona, así que no añadas "you": tanto "You please" como "Please you" están mal. Añade please solo: Please wash your hands.
Let's + verbo para sugerir
Para sugerir hacer algo juntos, usa Let's + el verbo tal cual.
Let's cook dinner.
Let's wash the carrots.
Let's eat!
Not "Let's to cook." — say "Let's cook.". Let's va con el verbo tal cual, sin to después.
Pruébalo: ___ make soup. (Let's / Let's to / Lets) Respuesta: Let's — Sugerir es Let's + el verbo tal cual: Let's make soup. No lleva 'to' después de Let's, y Let's siempre lleva apóstrofo.
Pruébalo: Tell your partner to mix the eggs: ___. (Mix the eggs / You mix the eggs / Mixes the eggs) Respuesta: Mix the eggs — Una orden es solo el verbo tal cual, sin ninguna persona delante: Mix the eggs. (Esta es la base de toda orden.)
