转告别人说的话，用 said + 他们的话。可以加 that。如果对方说的是一般现在时，你可以保留现在时：He said he is tired.

tell 后面要有人：she told me
tell 后面要跟一个人：she told me，he told us。said 后面不跟人。

Not "She said me the store is closed." — say "She told me the store is closed.". 后面跟着人，就用 told。

转告别人的请求，用 asked + 人 + to + 动词。
She asked me to call her.
He asked me to help him.
They asked us to wait outside.
