Prépositions de mouvement : across, through, into (A2)
Utilise across quand tu vas d’un côté à l’autre, et through quand tu entres d’un côté et que tu ressors de l’autre.
Traverser : across, through
Walk across the street at the crosswalk.
The light comes through the window.

Entrer et sortir : into, out of
Utilise into quand tu entres, et out of quand tu sors.
The children run into the classroom.
The dog comes out of the water.
Essaie: Farid: Where's the man with the bread? Lani: There. He's coming ___ the bakery now. Regarde l’image. Choisis ce que dit Lani. (out of / into / up) Réponse: out of — Il passe la porte de la boulangerie pour sortir, donc il en sort : he is coming out of it.
Monter et descendre : up, down
Utilise up quand tu vas plus haut, et down quand tu vas plus bas.
He walks up the stairs.
She walks down the stairs.
Essaie: Farid: Why is she walking with her bike? Lani: It's hard to ride ___ that hill. Regarde l’image. Choisis ce que dit Lani. (up / down / across) Réponse: up — Elle pousse son vélo jusqu’en haut de la côte, donc c’est dur de la monter à vélo : it's hard to ride up it.
Lequel choisir ?
Regarde où tu vas. De l’autre côté : across. Tu entres, puis tu ressors : through. Tu entres : into. Tu sors : out of. Plus haut : up. Plus bas : down.
