Utilise am/is/are going to pour un projet déjà décidé. (I'm = I am.)
I'm going to study
I'm going to study tonight.
I'm going to call Amina later.
We're going to eat at the cafe on Moffen Street.
Essayez: ___ study tonight. (I'm going to / I going to / I'm go to) Réponse: I'm going to — Il te faut am devant going to : I'm going to study. (I'm = I am.)
am, is ou are ?
Utilise am avec I, is avec he / she / it, et are avec you / we / they.
I'm going to help.
Hiroshi is going to visit Senfarren.
They are going to stay.
Not "He are going to come." — say "He is going to come.". Utilise is avec he, she, it, pas are.
Essayez: Hiroshi ___ visit Senfarren. (is going to / are going to / going to) Réponse: is going to — Hiroshi est une seule personne (he), donc utilise is : is going to visit. (« are » s’utilise avec you, we, they.)
She is going to study.
He is going to come at six.
They are going to play in the park.
Not "He is going to studies." — say "He is going to study.".
Essayez: She is ___ tonight. (going to study / going to studies / going to studying) Réponse: going to study — Après going to, le verbe reste à la forme de base : study. Pas « studies » ni « studying ».
N’oublie pas « to »
Garde le petit mot to : I'm going to study. Ne l’oublie pas.
I'm going to visit Amina.
We're going to eat soon.
He's going to play later.
Essayez: I'm ___ Amina on Saturday. (going to visit / going visit) Réponse: going to visit — Garde le petit mot to : going to visit.
isn't / aren't going to
Pour dire qu’un projet n’aura PAS lieu, ajoute not après am/is/are. (isn't = is not ; aren't = are not.)
He isn't going to come.
We aren't going to stay.
He is not going to come. = He isn't going to come.
Essayez: He ___ come tonight. (isn't going to / not going to / doesn't going to) Réponse: isn't going to — Ajoute not après is : isn't going to come. (isn't = is not.) On n’utilise pas « doesn't » avec going to.
Poser une question
Pour poser une question, place Am / Is / Are au début : Are you going to...? Is he going to...?
Are you going to study?
Is he going to come?
What are you going to do?
Essayez: ___ study this weekend? (Are you going to / You are going to / Do you going to) Réponse: Are you going to — Pour poser une question, Are vient en premier : Are you going to study? « You are going to » affirme mais ne pose pas de question, et on n’ajoute pas « do ».
Essayez: They ___ play in the park. (are going to / is going to / going to) Réponse: are going to — « They » va avec are : are going to play.
