Die meisten Vergangenheitsformen sind für jede Person gleich: I said, he said, they said. Sie bekommen nie ein -s. Nur be ändert sich: I was, you were.
I told her. She told me.
Not "He saids yes." — say "He said yes.". Eine Vergangenheitsform bekommt nie ein -s, auch nicht nach he oder she.
