لتقول إن شيئاً توقف أو تغيّر، فالطريقة اليومية هي نفي عادي مع anymore في النهاية: don't / doesn't ... anymore. (وقد تراها مكتوبة أيضاً بكلمتين، any more — وكلتاهما صحيحة.)

no longer، أكثر رسمية بعض الشيء
no longer تعني الشيء نفسه، لكنها أكثر رسمية قليلاً. وتأتي قبل الفعل الرئيسي، ويبقى الفعل في صورته الإيجابية (بدون don't / doesn't).
She no longer works here.
I no longer live in Senfarren.
We no longer need help.

اختر طريقة واحدة. فـno longer تحمل معنى النفي أصلاً، لذا لا تُضِف أيضاً don't أو anymore معها.

Not both: "She doesn't no longer work here."
Not "She doesn't no longer work here." — say "She no longer works here. / She doesn't work here anymore.". no longer نافية أصلاً، فلا تستخدم معها أيضاً doesn't.
