استخدم am/is/are going to لخطة قرّرتها مسبقًا. وبعد going to، استخدم الفعل المجرّد. (I'm = I am.)

am أم is أم are؟
استخدم am مع I، وis مع he / she / it، وare مع you / we / they.

Hiroshi is going to visit Senfarren.
They are going to stay.
Not "He are going to come." — say "He is going to come.". استخدم is مع he و she و it، لا are.

أبقِ الفعل مجرّدًا
بعد going to، يبقى الفعل مجرّدًا. بدون -s، وبدون -ing.
She is going to study.
He is going to come at six.
They are going to play in the park.
Not "He is going to studies." — say "He is going to study.". بعد going to، استخدم الفعل المجرّد: study، لا studies.
جرّب بنفسك: She is ___ tonight. (going to study / going to studies / going to studying) الإجابة: going to study — بعد going to، يبقى الفعل مجرّدًا: study. وليست "studies" ولا "studying".
لا تُسقِط 'to'
احتفظ بالكلمة الصغيرة to: I'm going to study. لا تُسقِطها.

He's going to play later.
جرّب بنفسك: I'm ___ Amina on Saturday. (going to visit / going visit) الإجابة: going to visit — احتفظ بالكلمة الصغيرة to: going to visit. لا تُسقِطها ("going visit" ناقصة الـ to).
isn't / aren't going to
لتقول إن خطة ما لن تحدث، أضِف not بعد am/is/are. (isn't = is not؛ aren't = are not.)
He isn't going to come.
We aren't going to stay.
He is not going to come. = He isn't going to come.
جرّب بنفسك: He ___ come tonight. (isn't going to / not going to / doesn't going to) الإجابة: isn't going to — أضِف not بعد is: isn't going to come. (isn't = is not.) لا تستخدم "doesn't" مع going to.
طرح السؤال
لطرح سؤال، ضع Am / Is / Are في البداية: Are you going to...? Is he going to...?
Are you going to study?
Is he going to come?
What are you going to do?
