might / may = 也许
I might go to the party. (I'm not sure yet)
She may be late.
It might rain this afternoon.
Not "I might to go to the party." — say "I might go to the party.". might 后面不加 to:就是 might + 动词原形。
Take an umbrella, it ___ rain later. (might / mights / might to) 答案: might — might 永远不变形,也不接 to:it might rain。"Mights" 给 might 加了个不该有的 -s,"might to" 又加了个不需要的 to。
might not / may not = 也许不
表示可能不会发生,用 might not 或 may not + 动词原形。
I might not come tonight.
She may not know the answer.
They might not have time.
I'm not sure about tonight. I ___ come. (might not / don't might / might not to) 答案: might not — 表示可能不会,用 might not + 动词原形:I might not come。"
It will rain. (I think it definitely will.)
It might rain. (Possible, but I'm not sure.)
She will pass. (I'm confident) / She might pass. (not sure)
(The train will leave at 9. / The train might leave at 9.) The train will leave at 9. — 他完全确定(火车从不晚点),所以用 will:The train will leave at 9。"
(She might go to the party. / She will go to the party.) She might go to the party. — 她还没决定,也不确定,所以用 might:She might go。"
