기본 동사: Give, Find, Tell 등 (A2)

물건을 사람에게 건네면 give, 찾던 물건을 발견하면 find, 물건이 어디 있는지 모르게 되면 lose예요.

손으로 다루는 것

• 해 보세요: Hiroshi: Look at that girl and her sandwich. Camila: The boy has no lunch, so she wants to ___ him half. 그림을 보세요. Camila가 하는 말을 골라 보세요. (find / give / lose) 정답: give — 남자아이는 점심이 없고 여자아이가 샌드위치 반쪽을 내밀고 있으니까 그걸 주고(give) 싶어 해요.

소리와 몸

소리가 귀에 들어오면 hear예요. 차갑거나 부드러운 것처럼 손과 몸으로 느낄 때 feel을 쓰고, 기쁘거나 슬프거나 아플 때도 feel을 써요.

말과 기억

사람에게 무언가를 말해 줄 때는 tell을 써요: tell me, tell her. 말 자체를 할 때는 say를 써요: say hello, say it again. 머릿속에서 뭔가 사라지면 forget이에요.
