When you talk about the newest, most advanced tech, reach for fixed adjectives. Cutting-edge means the most advanced there is; disruptive describes something that transforms a whole industry; scalable means a system can grow or shrink to meet demand. Describing how well something is built
Three adjectives describe the QUALITY of a system rather than how new it is. Rigorous describes testing or standards that are thorough and strict — nothing is waved through. Robust describes a system that keeps working under heavy load or when something goes wrong; it is about resilience, not speed. Intuitive describes an interface a person can use without being taught, because it works the way they already expect. Keep the collocations: rigorous testing, a robust system, an intuitive interface.

Talking about the questions technology raises
Technology writing needs a word for the RIGHT-AND-WRONG side of a decision, and that word is ethical. Ethical concerns are worries about whether something should be done at all — privacy, bias, who loses their job — as opposed to whether it can be done. The opposite is unethical. Note it is not the same as legal: something can be perfectly legal and still raise ethical concerns, which is exactly why the phrase is so common in this field.
