As soon as means right after something happens. Use the present after as soon as, before and after, too.

No will after when
After when, as soon as, before and after, don't use will. Use the present.
We'll leave when the taxi comes.
He'll buy a car after he gets a job.
Not "We'll leave when the taxi will come." — say "We'll leave when the taxi comes.". After when, use the present, not will.
